Yesterday, I decided to take a rest day so I ran a mile on my treadmill. I haven’t been feeling great and running a slow mile inside was a good compromise. Today, it was warmer outside but I had my youngest with me all day so I took him to the gym. I ran 3 miles on the treadmill. It felt better than I expected although I probably should have run slower since I still feel like I’m fighting an illness. I’m hoping to run outside after school tomorrow.
