Changing it up

I’ve been rereading Mark Sisson’s book Primal Endurance to try to get a plan together for my workouts over the summer. I’m starting to get a more clear picture of what I want my routine to look like. Yesterday, I ran 1.5 miles to drop off our water bill payment at city hall. Then, I did half of the P90x legs and back workout. It was hard but manageable, which is what I had hoped. I’m a little sore this morning so I took it easy on my 3 mile loop around town. I was able to do a full pull-up when I got home as well, which was good. The weather has been absolutely perfect the last couple of days. I want to enjoy it while it lasts!
