Tired

I’ve been having nights where I get 8+ hours of sleep but only 2-3 hours of deep sleep. Last night I had my lowest recorded amount of deep sleep at about 1.5 hours and I really felt the lack of rest today. I decided to only run 1 mile and took the day off from pull-ups to try to take it easy. I might try some stretching and a meditation before bed to see if I can increase the amount of deep sleep I’m getting.
