I did my meditation and stretch routine and I still didn’t feel well enough to run my usual long run. My heart rate has been elevated today and even meditation didn’t help that. I ran an easy 2 miles today and hope to feel better tomorrow! There is a pretty good chance that we will get snow overnight tonight so I might fire up the treadmill for tomorrow’s run. I actually won’t be too upset about the snow if it results in a day off of school!
