I forgot to post yesterday and Friday! Friday I didn’t post intentionally because it was my rest day. Not much exciting to report. I stretched in the morning before school and then ran a slow mile after school. Yesterday was a busy morning in our house with an early scholastic bowl tournament for my daughter and a basketball game for my youngest. I also didn’t get a great night of sleep Friday night so I decided to push my long run to today. I ran 3 slow, cold miles yesterday afternoon. I am actually feeling really exhausted this morning still so I think I will do a set of stretches with a meditation and see how I feel after that before I decide how far to run today. Two of my kids have been sick this past week and I can tell my body has been fighting off an illness so I am certainly not going to push my body to it’s limits right now.
