Longer run

I got a chance to stretch and listen to a meditation first thing this morning.  It was a great way to start out the day.  My legs were super tight.  I will have to set aside more time again soon to stretch them.  I used my heart rate monitor to go on a longer run without pushing myself too hard.  I went 4 miles, which is the farthest I have gone in quite awhile.  It felt good to get out there for a longer run again even if my pace was slower than I would have wanted.  It’s going to take some time and patience to get back to my pre-illness running shape.  I will likely need to start over with my pull-up routine too, which is frustrating but it is what it is.  Day 7 of my Whole30 has gone ok.  I’m feeling stressed tonight about the upcoming week so I feel more urges to comfort myself with food.  I’m also super tired so going to bed soon will help keep me out of the kitchen.
