Yesterday I decided to get extra rest and run after school. I really think that was the right decision. We were only able to run two miles because I get my youngest son off of the bus at 3:50 but I think limiting my miles is still good at this point. I was able to complete day four of my Whole30 as well yesterday. So far, so good! I felt cravings in the evening again with exhaustion and frustration accumulating from the day but was able to get to bed with my nutrition unscathed. My sister is enduring more major food battles than I am dealing with so I will count my lucky stars and push forward, inspired by her tenacity. Today, I will run my one mile rest day and try to get a decent stretch in either today or tomorrow. The temps are supposed to warm up too, which is something I’m excited to hear. TGIF!!
