Good for the soul

It is sunny today and the temps are above freezing.  I really wanted to spend a decent amount of time outside but knew that I wasn’t ready for a full run yet.  This illness is really lingering.  I decided to walk half a mile, jog a slow two miles, and then walk the last half mile back.  It was really enjoyable!  I haven’t done my stretches yet because I don’t want to stress my lymphatic system but I will make sure I set aside time for that once my body indicates it is ready.
