I’m not going to let some random marmot from Pennsylvania ruin my hopes of an early spring. I can tell the days are getting longer now, which I really appreciate on my early morning runs. Mr. B and I ran three miles through town today and did a short leg workout afterward. He has a half marathon in April and I want to join him for as much of his training program as possible while keeping my running goals in mind. I’m still a little sore from pull-ups and dips from Tuesday and I can already tell my legs are going to be sore from today’s lunges, squats, and wall sits. I am really looking forward to my one mile rest day tomorrow. I’ll make sure to get another good stretch in tomorrow or Saturday.
