It’s been about 5 days since I have wanted to run more than a mile. I’ve run two miles a couple times but I didn’t really want to! Today I ran three miles and really enjoyed the run. It helped that the sun was shining and it was almost 40 degrees outside. I still feel a little weak and my diet is still off from the stomach bug, which I know isn’t helping with the weakness. I’ve gone almost a week without my morning staple, Bulletproof coffee. I’ve probably also eaten my weight in Gin Gins. I really hope I’m on the upswing and can get my diet back on point before school starts back up Tuesday. I’m still planning on stretching tonight or tomorrow morning. My legs are still tight despite the lack of “training”. I am going to repeat week 3 in my pull-ups routine once I am up for reintroducing pull-ups again. Despite feeling off this week, I’m still pumped to celebrate two full years of my streak with my run tomorrow!
