A much needed rest

I would usually run 7 miles on either Saturday or Sunday.  This weekend I decided that extra rest was more important.  I did my 30 minute stretch routine this morning and ran about 1.5 slow miles this afternoon.  My husband and I jogged while my 6 year old rode his bike.  We were just planning on running a mile but our son had a little adventure in mind.  I love letting him explore and enjoy our outings together!
